The present User Agreement (hereinafter - "Agreement") governs the relationship between the administration of service «Glammilk Mode Book» (hereinafter - Administration) and a natural person, legal entity (hereinafter - the "Author") for the placement of video data (hereinafter - Rollers) for WEB-site on the Internet at http://mode.book.glammilk.info (hereinafter - the site). The author recognizes the natural person, legal entity duly acceded to this user's agreement and the sending one or more clips for posting on the Site.
1. The author provides the Administration Rollers for posting on the Site on terms specified in this Agreement.
2. The text of the Agreement, the author's conclusions on the link on the right side of the screen when loading video and at the bottom of the site. Agreement enters into force after the expression of the author agree to its terms in the form of pressing the button author "Create" to create their first album. Administration takes only clip placement after joining the Roller author to this Agreement. The Administration may establish any additional requirements and restrictions applicable to the use of this Service.
3. Conditions of placing the roller.
3.1. The administration puts rollers on the Site if they meet the technical parameters specified in this Agreement.
3.3. The author, who joined this agreement and sent the clip to be placed on the Site Administration donates the right of free use and wide access to the rollers (subject to access restrictions regulated by § 3.7) within a given resource without paying any compensation. The author agrees that the Administration is entitled to place on pages that contain rollers author, advertising banners and ads, and use rollers sent to other commercial purposes.
3.4. Responsibility for the unauthorized copying and use of rollers are people and organizations, incompetent castors published on this resource.
3.5. Until then, until otherwise specified, all personal property and property rights belong to the roller author post them. The author warned of the established international agreements in force liability for unauthorized use or distribution of foreign products. If it is determined that posted the rollers author is not their owner, these videos will be removed from free access to the first request of the legitimate owner.
3.6. When placing Roller Administration indicates a pseudonym (nickname) of the author, the author said in the provision of the Roller.
3.7. When placing the clip in the site author has the ability to specify access rights to any of your album by editing the properties of the album. At the same author can choose one of three access levels:
- "All users" - All visitors can view the rollers placed in this album.
- "Favorites" - Clips from the album can be viewed only by those users who were explicitly added by the author, owner of the album as a favorite (using the menu "Access Control").
- "Only I" - Clips from the album can only view the author - the owner of the album.
- Site Administration ensures that the rollers, published in albums with levels of access, "Only I" and "Favorites" are not available for public viewing. Access to data is provided for the rollers in accordance with the rights defined by author.
3.8. Placed on rollers shall not:
- violate applicable laws, honor and dignity, rights and legitimate interests of third parties, to promote incitement to religious, racial or ethnic hatred, contain scenes of violence or inhumane treatment of animals, etc.;
- be obscene or offensive; contain advertising of drugs;
- violate the rights of minors;
- violate the copyright and related rights of third parties;
- be pornographic in nature;
3.9. The administration has the right to refuse to place the author videos and access to the project, as well as remove the rollers at its discretion and for any reason, including if their content violates the norms of ethics and morality, does not meet the requirements of the legislation, contrary to the requirements of this Agreement and rules of the Administration Site. At the same time the Administration Service is not obliged to notify the author about the reasons for such denial.
3.10. The administration is trying to ensure smooth functioning of the Site, but shall not be liable for the total or partial loss of rollers, placed the author, as well as the lack of quality or speed of service.
3.11. User agrees that he takes full responsibility for commercials, placed them on the site. Administration is not responsible for the content of commercials and for their compliance with legal requirements, for copyright infringement, unauthorized use of trademarks, names of companies and their logos, as well as for possible violations of the rights of third parties in connection with the placement of clips on the site. In case of claims by third parties associated with the placement of commercials, author independently and at their own expense will settle these claims.
4. Specifications for the Roller
4.1. Clips are posted on the Site, in the event that author sends them in accordance with technical requirements established by this paragraph. The administration has the right not to clip, if it does not meet these requirements.
4.2. Roller shall be provided in video format MPEG-4, page view video contains an alias (nickname) of the Author (as text).
4.3. Clips are posted on the Site by downloading via the user interface (main menu item "Load Movie").
5. Agreement is a legally binding contract between the author and the Administration, and regulates the conditions for granting the author Rollers for posting on the Site.
6. All possible disputes over the Agreement shall be settled under the law and the British Virgin Islands in the International Arbitration Court in Stockholm.
7. The author, who believes that his rights and interests are violated by the actions of the Administration or of third parties in connection with the offering on the site of a roller, forward the claim to the email address: legal@mode.book.glammilk.info.
8. Terms of Use may be changed by Administration without any special notice. The most current version of the Agreement is on the page at http://mode.book.glammilk.info/page/3/terms-of-serivce.
